I’ve been using this app for almost 20 years if not longer…. I can’t tell you how many times it’s come in clutch when I needed to scan something and send it to either myself or someone else right on the spot for records keeping purposes. If you travel for work it’s perfect to scan a gas receipt so you can claim it later or even a meal receipt. I don’t know what I’d do without this app. It truly is one that I can’t do without.

I paid for this app in the past. Now they’ve updated and you must start paying a yearly subscription or a month to month to access your documents. I really enjoyed the app but now all my documents are being held for ransom until I pay for the access I’ve already paid for to remove them all and choose another platform.

Continues to request money for services, after paying, cannot send a fax, overly complicated, they trick you into giving them more money.

After the most recent iOS update the app does not work properly. When I take screenshot and try to import it into CamScanner

It feels like I’ve had this app since its inception. I haven’t had to look for another app since downloading it. Current, continued, and longtime user

I don’t understand, I’m trying to save a pdf and I still have to purchase a subscription to save it. What is the whole point of the app purchase in the first place???

This use to be a great app. I’ve had this app for years and it has started giving me problems over this last year. Idk what happened. I cannot fax. It gives me no option. It shows I have 63 pages that I can fax but yet, app will not let me do anything at all. This needs fixing bc I paid for annual subscription of CamScanner Premium. This needs to be fixed now . There is no way to contact anyone about this app. They have no support.

When I go to print my scanned document it shrinks down and won’t adjust

Worse app

At first I thought maybe it was my phone and was going to reach out to Apple when I was trying to take some “scans” and every time the flash would fire to remove the shadows on my pages, the “scan” would have the shadows. Then I tried the same scenario of taking photos of my pages with the camera app and had no issue at all with shadows. Leads me to believe that the app is responsible in some way for the shutter and flash not syncing with the scans. Is this a known bug? Is a fix coming? iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 17.3.1

This applicatiin crashes at iphone 6

I have never had a problem with the app. I use for scanning, saving a form, and emailing. Never crashed on me to date. I usually scan one or two pages to email! Has been a timesaver! Love it. 5 stars.

Good to have

I’ve had this app for several years and have used it a lot. Two days ago I got a new phone all My files appeared on the new phone and I used the app several times yesterday. Today, my CamScanner files are gone and I’m asked to set up an account as if I have never used the app. WTH?

It works 50% of the time for me. My co-worker says it works 100% of the time for him. I tried to contact the app with no communication back. So who knows???

This is one of the best scanning app I came across where scanning docs are concern

I discovered this application when I saw a government contractor using it to send very detailed blueprints to the engineer or project manager. If it's good enough for them, it's definitely good enough for me to organize business cards or to make high definition copies for business or school projects. it’s now been 10+ years i’ve been using this app and it’s the best app for business cards, DETAILED blueprints and everything between! try it and i guarantee you’ll love it!!!

I have used this app for years. They have adapted and improved it to the users needs. They have even been responsive when I sent a concern about a change. This has been well worth the money and I highly recommend it to everyone for personal and business purposes. I tell all my coworkers about it.

The feature adapts to a table. It’s really clever!

I bought the plus version specifically and only to get rid of the stupid annoying infuriatingly obnoxious water mark. They updated the app and put it back in the plus version!!! Not amused. Not amused at all.

I use CamScanner anytime I have documents that need to go quickly and clearly. Today I even used cam scanner at the pool! It’s simple and efficient.

I purchased this app so I can fax but it does not allow you to under the basic but it doesn’t tell you that when you purchase it. I don’t need a monthly fee I don’t mind paying for the fax pages but it doesn’t even do that!! I want my money back!!

Why can’t I save to photos app… every time I have export to files app then save to photos….

This app is trouble. Worked fine when I bought it. After the auto renewal, I can’t use the app. It keeps prompting me to upgrade. Every time I try to use it, it wants me to buy it Again. Hours on the phone with Apple, a chain of email correspondence with CamScanner support, nothing has changed. Forget a phone call to CamScaner, that’s not possible. They need to rename this app CamScamner.

I don’t have the option to pay for a fax anymore???

I’ve been using this version of CS for 5 years now for scanning my music and it’s perfect! I scan, convert to PDF and output to GoodReader where I manage my library. I don’t know why anybody would subscribe to other versions of this app (also called Cam Scanner) for $59.99 a year when you buy this for $1 and you’re done! A no-brained.

Scan quality is fair to poor

Doesn’t seem like you can send pdfs without creating an account. Dealbreaker.

Compre la versión pro y la + y no las puedo usar ya que no hay actualización, solo la versión gratis es la que puedo usar pero las funciones de la pro y + no las tengo 🤬🤬 quiero la devolución del dinero.
